My wife's relatives live in pointcook. I really like that area, but my budget is too low to get anything at point cook.  Instead I look at werribee south 2 bedrooms townhouse  which costs around 320K.  I have a few questions to ask
1) How much rental return should I look at ? 2) how easy to rent ? 3) if I decide to full pay it, what property tax should I have to pay annually ? 4) Is it difficult to get a FIRB, any agent will do it for me ?

想知大概收幾多租,我會上realestate.com.au 在租房選項上打上你的地區再選兩房再選townhouse, 就會出現同你相似的租盤,找出大約租幾多錢。
新屋租出冇問題,想快咪比人平廿蚊個week, 但一定租得出。
